3. International participants, please include a scan of a current government-issued passport ( both sides )
4. If you are participating in the online competition, submit a video link to the video submission form. Include attachments with a scan of original scores with one's own composition and/or less known repertoires only
5. Pay via the application form (or through other available payment methods)
